2026 Head Coach
The Nevada Griffons are excited to welcome back, Breon Horne as our 2026 Head Coach. Horne served as the Griffons 2025, Assistant Coach. Horne is originally from College Park, Georgia and brings a strong playing and coaching background to the Griffons organization. He played two seasons at Butler Community College before continuing his collegiate career at Pittsburg State University. Horne is also very familiar with summer collegiate baseball. In 2023, he played for the El Dorado Walnuts in the Kansas Collegiate League Baseball program.
Currently, Horne has returned to his alma mater, Butler Community College, where he serves as an Assistant Baseball Coach. The Griffons are excited for the leadership, experience, and energy he will bring to the program.
2026 Assistant Coach
The Nevada Griffons are excited to welcome Ben Paugh to the Nevada Griffons as the 2026 Assistant Coach. Paugh is currently a Graduate Assistant for Georgetown University Baseball. Coach Paugh played college baseball at the D1 level for Oakland University. The Griffons are excited for the leadership, experience, and energy he will bring to the program.
